Cancellations Before 4 Weeks: If you cancel at least 4 weeks before the course begins, an administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

Credit Transfers: You can transfer your course fee to another Cambridge International School of Cosmetology & Aesthetics program without any deductions if requested at least 4 weeks before the start date. For transfer requests within 4 weeks, an administrative fee will apply. All transferred credits must be used within one year.

Forfeiture of Fees: Any cancellations made within 4 weeks of the course start date will result in a full forfeiture of fees, with no refund or credit issued.

No-Shows: Participants who do not attend the course without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
